Intensive, individualized case management is provided to each woman and family throughout their stay at Sheffield Place. The Program is designed to identify barriers, develop action plans and track successful achievement of goals. Support Services include such programs as budget training, self-esteem training, tutoring and mentoring, independent living skills training, job coaching, individual and family therapy, and more.
